Activating zoom languages.

Languages are not available in the free version of Zoom, and there are three paying solutions to add languages to any online meeting, conference or event.
Furthermore, zoom languages are powered by interpreters, who must be assigned to channels by the host or their technician.
In other words, providing translations to an event involves hosting costs and interpretations fees.

What is hosting an event? Why is it (very) important for languages

Paying hosts, or their appointed technicians, can assign interpreters to their channels and activate zoom languages for participants.
We can host online events in full confidentiality, as well as assign interpreters and enable zoom languages in your international meeting.
However, we strongly encourage you to host international meetings yourselves.

Invest in hosting your events to protect your rights and privacy

We strongly recommended you host if you are planning to organize more than a dozen events a year, as it is cheap and easy.
Most importantly, the host is the sole owner of the content to provide the privacy you need for your business.
New features, coming to zoom and other platforms such as ‘pay-to-participate’, create pathways to converting content to cash.
So that’s three reasons to host online events yourself.

Hire a remote language technician for an event, a campaign or long term support.

Backstage at the backend, we can remotely assign interpreters to channels and activate zoom languages for international events.
The language technician welcomes interpreter at check-in an hour before your event, assign channels and conducts final sound check before each meeting.

Hire a zoom languages manager for tailored language and skills support

Backstage with the interpreters and on the floor with participants, for truly tailored solutions and optimal results.
